Being away from classes two weeks in a row can be difficult so we’re happy that due to a cancellation we’re able to meet on July 28 for our regularly  scheduled class.  No class on July 21 but we’re back on July 28. 

Ethel’s Quilt. Also thank you to Kathy Yee for sending us a picture of her now completed closet quilt. Like many family members Kathy inherited this quilt from her mother Ethel Yim a long time quilter of ours from Queen Emma Summer Palace.  After Ethel’s passing the quilt stayed in the closet for over 15 years but since retiring her daughter Kathy finally finished the quilt for her son Damien.  We are so proud of Kathy and happy to see one of John’s earlier designs, the Bamboo and Monsterra.  A Keeper. We miss you Ethel
